Hey pple! 22nd Dec was an eventful day! We had our 1st ever class BBQ at Candice’s house at Woodgrove Condo.. Candice!! Tks so much for having us there and preparing plenty of delicious food for the night! Help us thank your mummy, daddy, maid, and maid’s friends too (got quite a few!) Pple who attended were: Candice, Ming Zhu, Shu Yi, Wee Ling, Zi Ling, Pavitra, Sasha, Ching Yee, Wei Ling, Joseph, Jia Liang, Menon, Jia Xin and Rama
Some of us met at Woodlands MRT 1st and got to her house quite early ard 6pm.. oh ya, Wee Ling went there earlier to swim! We went to her hse 1st to put our belongings and helped to bring the food down to the BBQ pit at the poolside..ooh, ur hse is really nice Candice..so cosy and Xmasy! (with lotsa dolls on her bed =P) The rest weren’t here yet, so some of us played a couple of card games (credits to Jia Liang who always have poker cards with him)..Wee Ling, who said she didn’t know how to play ended up winning like twice! Wow!..Hmm.. We went to help start the fire but it rained and stopped, and then rained again, then stopped..with the help of Candice’s parents and maids, we finally got the fire burning and started piling on sticks of food on the grill..Sasha joined in pretty soon and she started snapping away (and eating nuts, hahas!)..(credits to Sasha for her service and camera!)
The sky grew dark soon (as in darkness of e night not cloud, ok I think it’s both la..) and we began eating while waiting for the rest to arrive.. yup, it rained again and some big umbrellas were leaking!
Wei Ling joined us after her dvd marathon at her own home! She wore casual home clothes and probably looked like a resident of the condo, the best thing is tt the security guard didn’t stop her!!! It was quite fun though, eating in the dark and rain, hiding under the umbrella too!
Hmm, romantic ambience sia, Sasha..Then later, the other guys joined in after their job..and credits to Joseph for bringing extra food like salmon, and fresh green & yellow peppers for bbq..tks Joseph for helping to prepare the fish too, it was delicious! And the peppers were, yups sweet and smoky..hahas! and Candice, I think ur mum seemed pretty impressed by Joseph! lol..
Ching Yee came ard 9pm in her super cool denim dress! Darn cool man sister..oh ya we almost threw Menon into the pool!!! But it was a failed attempt aft he objected and since we were nice pple ya? Well, the bbq more or less wrapped up..Although it rained several times, we still managed to cook the food, and I guess we also couldn’t tell in the dark if the food was cook anw! lol! The guys tried to ‘cycle’ at the playground but was told off by the security guard!! Come on man, grow up!! You all look far fm kids now! Hmm..maybe we gals can still pass off as kids in the dark? Haha!
Aft dinner, we went up to Candice’s house ard 10pm for Part 2..GAMES!
As usual, we played our favourite murderer and polar bear! I think we made A LOT of noise, but who cares, it’s b4 11pm anw! Jia Xin, Sasha and Joseph left earlier while the rest of us continued..Poor Wei Ling only got to be something other then victim until the last round and she kept being kicked out! And some polar bears (Ming Zhu, yes I mean you!) were so tired tt they decided to confess to end the game faster! Haha!! We left ard 11+ and waited darn long for 912 to the stn! Luckily we managed to catch the last train ya? Everyone got home super late and tired..but I guess we all had a great time right?
A big thank you once again to Candice and family! Sorry to trouble and disturb ur family cos we stayed really late and made hell lot of noise! But we enjoyed it a great deal.. Those who couldn’t join us this time, don’t worry we still have class chalet coming up!! We should start planning our chalet soon, in which we shall have triple the time, triple the games and quadruple the fun!! The food, hmm..sufficient will do hor! Hahas! =) Merry Xmas everyone and let’s meet up soon to plan chalet!

23/06 CLASS CHALET IS CONFIRMED!! I asked Ms Tay to book for us cos civil servant can get it at half-price, but i guess she was overseas so didnt reply..so i asked Mr Eugene Ng instead! Bingo! Mr Ng is so nice! He helped us to book a Aloha Changi Chalet G, it's a 2-storey bungalow.. Chalet dates are fm Sun 6th Jan to Tue 8th Jan, it's a 3 days 2 nights thing.. Check in on sun afternoon between 3pm-7,30pm, check out on tue morning between 8.30-10.30am..$80 for 1st night and $40 for 2nd night..so total is $120, most probably we have our bbq on sun night, i asked Mr Ng to join us for our bbq, he said "orh..okie, see 1st..must se my daughter how..", so told him to bring his family along too..hahas! alrights, we can finally start planning our activities, games and food for the chalet!! So far, those who can stay over are: Ariana, Pavitra, Cheryl, Ching Yee, Jia Liang, Rama, Menon, Jia Xin, Ming Zhu, Jocelyn, Mathangi, Wee Ling, Sin Ting, Zi Ling, Candice, Joseph and Shu Yi.. Sasha and Wei Ling not staying over but will come aft work.. Melven and Melissa can't make it.. We must make this work man!! start planning and thinking of activities! yay!

Date: 11th Dec, Tuesday (which is tmr!) Venue: Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel (take bus 16 fm opposite Orchard MRT stn exit B, get down 5 stops away fm orchard boulevard, or take taxi and tell the driver it's at kim seng rd beside zouk) Arrive by: 6.30pm Proceed to the reception at 4th level beside the Grand Ballroom Register ur name and get a chop on ur hand for identification Cocktail starts at 6.45pm Dinner starts at 7.00pm DON'T BE LATE COS NO ENTRY AFTER 7PM!! It'll end between 11pm-midnight Don't bring prohibited items like alcohol and cigarettes, well they claimed tt tchers will chk our bags?? Last but not least, rmb to bring ur TICKET, I/C, and other stuffs like ur camera ah..extra batteries ah..hp..wallet..
Good news! Mathangi and Rama are gg too!! they managed to form another table! So now we have 14 pple gg which is almost 2/3 of e class! Those gg are: Shu Yi, Lynette, Jocelyn, Mathangi, Wee Ling, Sin Ting, Candice, Ariana, Sasha, Ching Yee, Joseph, Menon, Jia Xin, and Rama.. Have fun pple and cya there tmr!!

Hey pple! yeaterday's class outing to Escape Theme Park didn't turn out well bcos of the RAIN!! sads! So escape was cancelled but we had a change of plans and went AMK Hub instead! Only 9 pple turned up but we went ahead! We had lunch and then caught a horror movie "30 Days of Night" which Mathangi has watched b4..i woundn't say it's scary but more bloody and gory..eww, but actually it's funny too cos we burst out laughing several times when the vampires spoke in this wierd language "ah kam kar..bar kar lar bam.." and when the vamp was abt to bite the guy's neck, they looked like they were abt to kiss lah! anws, still quite disppointing we didn't manage to Escape..what a pity..but well, hope we can go by end of dec and enjoy their special offer of $7.00! ! and hope the weather will favor us the nxt time and tt more pple will go!! Well..Mathangi promised us she will organise the nxt class outing soon, or else she will treat the whole class to New York New York! but then again..since when did she fulfil her promises..hahas, like the running ard the sch one..MATHANGI u owe us a lot!! yup!! so hope we'll all have a great time for our following outings! Hey guys! Shu Yi here.. the music sch my sis's working at, "The Art of Music" is organising a beatboxing workshop conducted by Charles Wong..e beatboxer u saw in the previous post!!!! Anyone interested to go for the workshop with me??!! It's a 2 hour session on either 17 or 18 Dec, up to us to choose the date..it's actually $50 per person..but my sis says if we all go as a grp of 8-10 pple it'll be only $35!!! yeah! Come come and learn with me! i think it'll be darn cool and fun! Those interested and wanna come along, call me by nxt thursday to confirm! then we can all get a better rate of $35! hope to cya, u can call ur other friends along too.. =)

Hey 23/06!
We are gg to have a class outing this Sunday 9th Dec! Most probably we'll be gg to Escape Theme Park! Guess we can have a back up plan in case it rains? (ok everyone touch wood now, hahas!) We'll meet at Pasir Ris MRT Stn and the timing we shall confirm again..yeah! So far those who are confirmed gg are: Cheryl, Ching Yee, Zi Ling, Pavitra, Wee Ling, Wei Ling, Ariana, Jocelyn, Mathangi, Shu Yi, Sasha, Menon, Jia Liang, Jia Xin.. Candice, Ming Zhu and Sin Ting still pending.. Rama, Melissa, Melven, Joseph and Lynette can't make it..
Can suggest other places to go too! but most imptly is tt we have majority of the class gg! Hope it'll be successful this time! bring camera to snap precious memories too! Tag on this blog any suggestions and comments! Any changes or qns just call Cheryl or Wei Ling or Shu Yi =)
