Hello everybody!

I can't believe that I actually forgot about this blog till Pavitra mentioned it to me yesterday. I haven't been here for months!!!!

Anyway, school is finally over and I'm probably the person you see the least in school. The person I see most often in school this sem are Pavitra and Cheryl, and we only met for at most three to four times throughout the sem :( I have been entrapped among my course mates! Horrible horrible!

I miss you all and bet you all miss me like crazy and that's why I'm writing this for all of you!

I have learnt a lot this sem and grown up a lot too! And I'm really glad that no matter what happens, I'll always have all of you to fall back on.

The exam is only about one week away and that's kind of scary but believe that nothing is too difficult for you and you'll be fine!

Hello everyone! I would like to share the live performances of Super Junior's Bonamana here!! To update you a bit, Super Junior had three comeback performances on three different music shows. If you are confused about the names of the music shows, fret not, I am here to help!!

Friday, 14 May: First comeback performance on KBS Music Bank
Saturday, 15 May: Second comeback performance on MBC Music Core
Sunday, 16 May: Third comeback performance on SBS Inkigayo
Yea so you can imagine why Kpop fans love the weekends because that's usually when all the music shows will be aired!

I think watching the live performances is much more interesting than watching the music video! Donghae did a small magic trick in which he turned half of a red cloth into a red rose. The magic trick part wasn't that clear in the music video. And just as I had expected, Leeteuk was shirtless in the performances, and almost half of the members wore clothes that reveal their muscular cleavage or arms. SEXINESS OVERLOAD. HAHAHA. I didn't expect such a drastic change from them, especially Ryeowook!! There was NO SIGN of muscles from them when they released their third album!

My favourite Bonamana performance was on SBS inkigayo! Because the lighting was brighter and so we can see their abs clearly. LOL. I think Heechul stood out in the performance because he was covered from head to toe as compared to his other members. You can see Donghae's magic trick at around 1.36. Leeteuk did a striptease at around 2.37 and screams just exploded from the millions of fangirls below the stage. You can watch the performance here:

Super Junior- Explained!

Hello it's me again!! HAHA. I have posted thrice within this week. I have sort of neglected my personal blog and chosen to post here instead because the responses here are much more than what I got from my own blog! HAHA. Thank you all for responding enthusiastically to my Kpop-related posts! Since Kpop is slowly becoming a common interest for many of us (because of my influence?), I shall treat the class blog as a platform for me to post any interesting Kpop news! (The posts will most probably be biased towards Super Junior and SHINee)

Anyway, I would like to answer Melissa's question of who is my favourite Super Junior member. He is Eunhyuk- funny, cute, the best dancer in Super Junior!

But then in the Bonamana music video, he was transformed into an evil joker from the batman movie, which I don't like!! It's a 180 degrees change from his usual bubbly self. Every other member look normal, but why must he be the one who wearing that evil eye makeup! I don't understand the concept behind this. And why is he wearing the soldier helmet ah? So weird!!!

Ok answer to the next question: Who's the gay couple in Super Junior? Actually I didn't know about this until Pavitra told me. They are Ryeowook (Melissa, one of your fav!) and Kyuhyun (the youngest). Of course, this is JUST A RUMOUR. Almost every boyband on earth always has this rumour of one member being gay with another member. HAHA. They are just close-knitted, having spend so much time together training, rehearsing, attending promotional activities. However, there is no smoke without fire. So how does this rumour come about? Pavitra showed me some photos which could be the source of all this. I can even feel goosebumps when I look at the photos.

According to Pav, if you go google for "Ryeowook and Kyuhyun", there are more spine-chilling photos than this! And I think it's a bit inappropriate to post them here HAHA. But still, the photos are NOT a source of concrete evidence that they are gay! The shocking photos that I mention are taken when they are playing games. YAH. I think the term 'Bromance' fits here the most. So, Pav don't read too much into the photos ah!!

Ok next to Pav's question regarding who showed off his body in the music video. He's none other than the leader of Super Junior, Leeteuk!

Wah he's really setting the example of a leader in this video, with all his muscular abs. I cannot believe my eyes when I first saw the music video. I think he is very distracting and stands out VERY MUCH among other fully clothed members. You will see what I mean in the below picture:

Even though Leeteuk is not standing in the middle, he is DEFINITELY in the centre of attraction. Everyone is wearing clothes except him!

Anyway, Super Junior will be having their FIRST live comeback performance on KBS Music Bank later in the evening!! I will be looking forward to it! And I think in most of the first comeback performance, they would usually be wearing what they wear in the music video, so does that mean Leeteuk won't be wearing anything? HAHAHA. We shall see! Gotta rely youtube on this!

The time has come! The long awaited, highly anticipated, hotly released music video from Super Junior!!! Yayyyyyy!!

I must say that this is a very good comeback time for Super Junior! This is because I am VERY free now and have A LOT of time to kill so I can spend my time fangirling and stalking them HAHA. And now there is more reason to stay hooked to KBS world and youtube for their performances on music and variety shows!

This song is soo catchy!! (But then, I pause to think: Which Kpop song is not addictive huh?) But then again, this song is awesome because it's catchy and it's a Super Junior song!! HAHA.

Ok enjoy the music video! The music video is a bit dark and can't really see the faces clearly. My favourite member has minimal part in this song and what has the makeup artist done to his eyes!!! Most of them look different from the sorry sorry music video (plus the lights keep swinging here and there in the mv) so it may take some time for you to see who is who!

Ok you don't have to guess who is posting this when it comes to Kpop! Haha I just want to share this very cool Kpop remix I came across on youtube! This remix consists of Super Junior's Sorry Sorry, SHINee's Ring Ding Dong, U Kiss's Man Man Ha Ni with Nirvana's smells like teen spirit as the background music. Ring Ding Dong sounds so ROCKKKK in this remix! OK enjoy!!

Rah rah ah ah ah.. Ro ma ro ma ma..ga ga..ooh la la!

Kept seeing this grp on facebook, and thus the song is stuck in my head now. Lol I think it's fun to keep singing this phrase! But rahhhhh!!! It's gg to be BACK TO SCH in a day's time, and tt's making me super emo lately. Same to u gals ya? Though the phrase "time flies" gets sprouted out so easily each time hols or a sch term comes to an end, but I can't help but look back at so much tt has happened over the past year. 1year == 2sems == 10 or 11 mods == HELL! The long summer hols was smthing new too, and certainly a good break to relax and recharge. We've been through quite a lot, gruelling lects tt we totally catch no ball, tutorials often undone, panicking when test comes, lab sessions(e.g programming sit-in labs grrrrrr!). So we all deserve a pat on our back, rather than to simply summarize the year with a phrase - time flies. BUT dec hols really came and went so fast. So TIME FLIES when we are having fun, DAMMIT!!!!

To the guys, most of u would have ord-ed by this mth or so! We will get to see some of u ard school in no time! Advice to u all: make sure u really play hard b4 august. PLAY HARD.

It's been half a year since our last 2306 meetup! Perhaps, we could plan to meet before chinese new year for our "toss the fish" tradition again! :D:D
May 2010 be a great year ahead for all of us, stay happy and in good health and may all go well for us. :D

YoYoYo! it's july already...5 more mths to go before the year ends...woooo... anw a few of us went for cycling the other day!!=D we cycled loads okay loads is like an understatement..to be precise we cycled around 30KM!!!!!!!for 4HRS!!!it felt like a 100km to me...butts aching, legs aching, blah blah blah, but amidst all tt we still managed to take a few pics!heee! btw u r supposed to b seeing planes but e sony ericsson hp doesnt allow zooming!-_-

Hey fellow ajc 2306ers, since I have been lazing around for the past month with very little stuff to do, I have decided to post a blog today to save our class blog from dying. Girls might relate more to this post as I believe that most girls are more self-conscious and insecure about their bodies than guys. What motivated me to write this post? I was extremely bothered by the way I looked when I was trying on jeans yesterday(went shopping with pav after watching Hannah Montana). I was extremely bothered by how huge my thighs looked and was slightly upset about how horrible I looked in the pair of skinny jeans that I tried on(pav you know I wanted a light-coloured pair of jeans but wasn't able to get one that was comfortable on me). I guess that most of you might be able to relate to my experience(upset because you were not able to fit into that particular clothing that you long to have) But remember that no one is perfect, everyone is different in size and shape, so I hope that this post will help you embrace your unique body and consciously remind yourself to take good care of it. After all, beauty is so much more than physical attractiveness.

These are the 8 secrets to really loving your body(taken from Dec 2008 issue of Seventeen magazine)

1) Silence that inner critic.
Putting yourself down or blaming your body when you're feeling low or insecure is harmful to your self-esteem. The next timde you find yourself having negative thoughts about your looks or body, stop and replace those words with positive statements that make you feel good.

2) Stop the body bashing.
Allowing your friends to criticise your body(and likewise, criticising theirs) is disempowering. Instead of wasting time pointing out your perceived "imperfections", focus on the positive and look for meaningful ways to bond.

3) Remember that nobody is prefect.
That includes even the most popular celebrities. The images in commercials and fashion spreads are usually digitally enhanced, so the "beauty" that you see is really an illusion. Striving for such standards of physical perfection is just silly and impractical.

4) Don't let others define you.
Who cares about what others say about how you look? Do not let childish remarks of other people determine your self-worth.

5) Self-consciousness is not an option.
Don't let how you feel about your body restrict you from living your life. Open your mind, get rid of limiting beliefs of feelings, and replace them with liberating ones.

6)Introduce the people in your life to Body Love.
Inspire your mother, sister and best friend(as many pple as possible!!!!!)to love their bodies. Lead by example and adopt a healthy attitude towards your own body. if you catch them putting themselves down, stop them, and get them to focus on their positive qualities.

7) Don't take your feelings out on your body.
Harming your body as a way of dealing with emotional issues is not healthy. The next time you feel sad, lonely, stressed or hurt, speak to someone you trust or express yourself in a journal rather than taking it out on your body.

8) Change your label.
Swap negative labels for more affirmative ones,and use them often. If someone insults you or gives you hurtful nickname, tell yourself that other people's labels are not going to define you. All that matters is how you see yourself.

Lol, I noticed the "jia you" and "good luck" b4 exams too! Unfortunately, after each paper..the comments are usually the same few ones: "chui", "fail ah", "die lah", "sians" and "f***ed up". How many times do we actually say "yay so easy, sure A one lah"..Despite the study week, there is not enough time to finish revision!! Even if we felt tt we were rather well prepared, doing all the past year papers(which ALWAYS seem easier), eventually the paper will end up owning us, for e.g MA1506 and EG1109!!! After the last paper, we do feel relieved, but there is still this sick, emo feeling within us, cos the paper just sucked big time. We simply can't switch to the "yay it's holidays" mood immediately. Following this, is a nervous wait to the release of results (Friday 29 May!!!), while praying super hard tt we can do decently this time, vowing that we will work harder nxt sem!! Right?? Haha! Hopefully, they will moderate it like mad! Meanwhile, let's just PLAY HARD and PRAY HARD!! See everyone soon!! Take care! =)

The one thing i noticed during exam period is the frequent use of these words. Everywhere u go u will hear these two words. Though it's in a language that is not used by every1, most or even every1 know what it means. I guess this is what people mean being a Singaporean is. "JIA YOU"!!Yeah that's the one!I always wonder why muz "add oil"? Are we cars or some food?haha!n cant seem to change it either!It's like a tradition, most pple will surely say it!N it's stuck with me too, can't seem to say anything else unless u count "gd luck" or "all e best"!Maybe in the future, a new phrase wil come along...till then jia you to all still fighting the battle...The end is near!!Add oil pple!!

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his company'sChristmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but the drinksdidn't taste like alcohol at all.

He didn't even remember how he got home from the party. As bad as he was feeling,he wondered if he did something wrong. Jack had to force himself to open his eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of wateron the side table. And, next to them, a single red rose! Jack sitsup and sees his clothing in front of him, all clean and pressed.

He looks around the room and sees that it is in perfect order,spotlessly clean. So is the rest of the house.He takes the aspirins,cringes when he sees a huge black eye staring back at him in thebathroom mirror. Then he notices a note hanging on the corner of themirror written in red with little hearts on it and a kiss mark fromhis wife in lipstick!: "Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to go get groceriesto make you your favorite dinner tonight. I love you, darling!" He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is hot breakfast, steaming hot coffee andthe morning newspaper.

His son is also at the table eating Jack asks, "Son, what exactly happened last night?""Well, you came home after 3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. Youfell over the coffee table and broke it, and then you puked in the hallway,and got that black eye when you ran into the door."

Happy new year everyone! It's 2009, finally! Forget all unhappy things, only keep the good memories with us! Looking back, 2008 has been an interesting year, and an eye-opener. Of course, every year we experience new things. The 1st half of the year seemed to have passed really quickily. Although, the initial waiting period for our A-lvl results was rather gruelling. Later did we realise, the true meaning of GRUELLING, i.e. the mere FOUR mths of life in uni! Well, at the start of 2008, still fresh fm JC, some of us had a taste of working life, we also worried over results. After getting results, we worried abt our choice of course in uni. Until now, many of us are still uncertain if we have made the right choice. Is this course really what we enjoy doing? Or what we see ourselves doing in future? Not just 1 or 2 years, not just a holiday job, but possible for half of our life? But at that time, we had to make a quick decision, and then moved on, not wanting our 8mths hols to end tt soon. Well, orientations we went for, got us more mentally prepared to start sch. This time, sch for most of us meant..more than 2hrs of travelling everyday!! Gosh, the thought of having to be best friends with my fav 151 again in 12 days time is rather upsetting! Anw, our sem started in a hurry, and without us knowing..seriously, it was the fastest 6weeks ever, we had our 1st mid terms. We barely got to know our way around the huge campus, and just starting to talk to the pple in our tutorial classes (tut started in week 3). Anw, mid terms were totally not prepared for, and many of us kinda screwed up. Somehow, the guys seemed to fare quite well although they spent 2yrs away fm books. Demoralised and worried, we still pushed each other on. Tks gals for being my pillars of support too! There was no time to be upset for long, and another 6weeks passed ever so quickly again. 5modules tt each seems like a year's work, and by end of nov, finals are here. Recounting back, there are too many things which had happened over the past 4mths, all of us know, tt it's not been easy. Whoever who said JC was the worst, and uni wld be a breeze, tt's TOTAL CRAP. 1 sem in uni is 10times worse than 2yrs in JC, at least for engin. Fortunately, we managed to survive thus far, we still keep in touch, we still meet regularly for lunch in nus, we find time to meet and chat and complain, which really made life better. At least we knew tt we were in the same shit together. Along the way, we made many many new friends, ur social circle widens very easily, friend's friend, friend's friend's friend, here and there.. but widen mostly meant, knowing more hi-bye acquaintances, having a closer grp of good friends is what matters more. Anw, just like how the 6wks in uni passed so quickly, our 6wks of hols are coming to an end!!! Oh no.. A new sem, new modules, greater level of h*ll. No matter how bad we expect it to be, we have to keep a bit of hope. 2009 is a fresh and brand new start, we have control over our life and time. So, let's all jia you together! And make it work out well this sem!! Gotta spend our time wisely so tt we wont panic and regret again when results are out the nxt time!! I guess, we really slacked quite a lot in sem 1! Haha!! Pull up our stockings! Buttons up! Haha! 2009 will be a good year for us, I hope! To the guys, hang in there too, uni is 2 yrs away, still excited to start sch after hearing so much? Anw, u all are almost halfway through NS, so keep it up and live well too! Lastly, wanna wish everyone success, and a great year ahead, stay in good health, and may happiness be with us always! Not forgetting, continue to stay in touch and attend class outings regularly! Looking forward to our nxt chalet in 2010, one year wont be tt long ya? All e best in everything! Happy hols!

Hello!

BR23! (to be read as twenty three factorial) here. I don't expect to be able to create an avalanche of posts like the first BR, I just want our blog to continue to be alive and kicking. The last post was in October for goodness sake! Let's aim to have at least one post per month:)

I'm also here to wish you all the very best for the coming exam! Sigh, I think exam is beginning to be a part of our lifestyle that we need to get used too. But, no worries, it'll be over in a blink of eyes just like the horrible A levels.

And to rephrase what Zi Ling said on the tagboard, if you ever feel overstressed and overstrained, just come to this blog where we can find solace and comfort in each other:) Or just remember that (if you can figure out who I am by now) I'm just a phonecall away! We may not see each other as often as when we were in JC but I'm sure that all of you agree that we are never closer than ever! Thanks a million for the friendship!

Yo pple!It's already october...2 more mths n it will b christmas time!!!"5 golden rings!!!"haha rmb mathangi always singing this line...n e rest of us singing this song...haha...sweet memories...eh y i talking abt xmas...stil got long way...before tt stil gt exams to handle!!!e thought of it makes me go eeeew!lucky u guys dun need to do exams or anyting for 2 yrs...envy sial!anw i juz finished my mid terms...screwed them big time!!!haiz...well like my fren said,'u win some u lose some'..hehe...jia you to e rest n to those who hv screwed up like me(i hope nt)cheer up ya!!oh talking about winning...F1 juz zoomed in to singapore and zoomed back out already...wanted to watch it live but i think it was better to watch at home where the sound level was many times lower...lucky thing if nt i tink i mite hv gone deaf!haha!actually supposed to b mugging but u kn la cant resist so watch lor...it was exciting..n by e way hamilton is a little cute..hehe...e race started n it was exciting initially...but it gt boring....i mean its like 61 laps...tts a LOT!!but i really looked forward to e accidents..haha so sadistic rite...haha...it brought a little excitement to e game...n lucky i watched...coz my cs test(programming) has a bonus qn...n guess wat... it was on F1..e qn was who came in second...haha so 1 mark guaranteed...haha...who says watching tv before test/exam is bad eh?haha...anw hope u all had a good childrens' day n hari raya holiday!!Hv a gr8 mth ahead!And hopefully we can hv a class outing real soon...prob to escape!!tc! :)

Helloo blog!!Hoping u live to a ripe old age!!haha!!Anw i m juz here to blog abt OLYMPICS!!Yea e Olympic fever is coming to an end soon enuff...wat drama, wat action, wat world record breakers n also wat comtroversies...amidst all this, SINGAPORE has got itself a shiny new medal in e women table tennis team event!!Wat a feat!Give a pat on ur bac SINGAPORE!N also to evry1 who has been following their progress very closely...Li Jia Wei came close to achieving another but it was lost...but no matter i m sure evryone respects her 4 what she has achieved n being one of e reasons SINGAPORE has gt a medal after a 48 yr wait!I m sure many in Singapore r itching to try their hands on table tennis...i m one of them too..haha...tho i kn i wont b as gd as them of course...imagine me being an Olympic winner...haha fat hope i say!!=p And what's Olympics without the world records....so many were broken...what stands out to me has to b Michael Phelps's achievement and e achievement of e fastest man on Earth, Usain Bolt!Thumbs up to them!!How i wish Olmpics will be an annual event or a bi-annual event at least...i m starting to miss it already...hehe...

Escape Class Outing!

19 Jul 2008, Saturday:
We finally had our class outing to Escape Theme Park. It's been 8 mths since 20th Nov, the last day of exams for most of us. For the past 8 mths, our plans to Escape had been postponed repeatedly! Due to the bad weather last dec, and bcos we couldnt find common free time. This time, it's finally a success, and is most probably the last major gathering we're gg have b4 sch starts in a couple of weeks. Not tt we are tt hard up abt playing at escape, but rather, it seemed like a cool place for a big gang to hang out and have fun!

So sat morning, the gals met at Pasir Ris Stn at 10am..the weather seemed fine, the sun was out..but as we waited for the gals to reach, raindrops starting falling and we became more tense as we didnt want it to be yet another rainy day. Afterall, we came all the way down to the east fm all other parts of singapore! Surely we dont want it to go to a waste. Fortunately, it was just a passing drizzle tt stopped soon. Thus, we set off walking to Downtown East. It's been ages since such a big grp of us met together, lotsa catching up along the way, chatting, joking, teasing and recalling the past..all seemed well till we neared Escape. We felt water fm the sky! AGAIN!! this time it was heavier, and our moods were :( At the counter, we realised tt 4 of the thrilling rides were closed for maintenance!! the 360deg Revolution, Flipper, Wet & wild and the Rainbow ride..what a disappointment! We bought our entry tix nonetheless, cos we took quite a long time to settle the ticketing, by the time we entered the park, the rain had STOPPED!! Yay! =) the sun was out again and all was sunny and bright! We gals were the only few ones in the park as it just opened. Right away, we dashed to the 1st ride nearest to the entrance --> Kite Flyer!
The kite flyer seats were quite wet but we were too excited to be bothered! Lying there, the ride started! and we were trying to create more noise to make the atmosphere high!! cos the ride was really not tt thrilling afterall!

Not satisfied, we headed straight to the Viking for more excitement! The park was really not crowded and we gals had the whole pirate ship to ourselves at our 1st go!! This was the real thrill man! some of us took the end seats and whoa! really took my breath away! I felt like my heart was still hung up there when the ship dipped down again!! we screamed like hell the 1st time!! of course, tt was not enough and the 6 of us excluding pav and zi ling went for round 2! We swapped positions this time to try out how it feels to be sitting elsewhere! In the middle of round 2, we were rather numbed alr and could stop screaming and admire the scenery fm a height (and pose for the photos)..haha!

After viking, we tried to scare ourselves by gg into the Haunted House! It's honestly quite a flop, cos there was nothing much scary in there..just figures banging their heads against prison bars, and skeletal looking creatures! lol! After the not scary walk through the Haunted House, we went on to Daytona!! Luckily the queue was short!! We tried the double seating one 1st! Awesome! Very fun and we 8 gals drove too fast and almost had a collision! So our 2nd try when we swap the roles of driver and passenger, the personnel had to tell us to drive more slowly! LOL!

The ride went fine, when halfway through, we noticed ching yee and pav's car were stucked just b4 the uphill slope!!! lol!! on our final lap, the couple was still stucked at the same spot!! poor thing! but luckily they were allowed to finish up their 3 laps nonetheless! :D Aft a good ride at Daytona, the guys finally reached escape and they were queueing at the Viking. So we went on to join them for our 3rd round of the pirate's ship! The guys insisted on not screaming, and mathangi was practically shouting at them to scream! haha, we headed on to the Family Coaster, which made a loud metallic noise when gg up..a fun and jerky ride that jerks u left and right! Done with it, some of us decided to attempt the Inverter!! Looks really scary when watching the ride fm the bottom!! Was afraid tt i would puke my guts out! But upon seeing tt even the kids dared and enjoyed riding it, I must not give it a miss! In the end, it's really not as scary as we imagined it to be..and it feels good too! Exhilarating and fun!! Cos our lives were practically supported by the few metal bars! Really gotta trust tt it wont loosen when u are inverted metres above the ground! Chingy said our faces all looked RED when we were turned upside down! and i believe our hair was hanging like nobody's business too! Lucklily none of us had our hair caught during any of the rides man.. phew..after a "phew" ride on the inverter, we decided to try Daytona individual driving! the queue was long by then cos it was midday alr..we realised tt the park was crowded with teens, literally teens..and we do look quite old when queueing in the middle of a teenage crowd! haha! our car went up the spiral track like at the old multi-storey carpark, finally when u see the sky, woo hoo!! down u go on the slope! super fun!! go karting nvr seems enough! but the growing long queue discouraged some of us fm gg for another round, thus we broke up into 2 grps, half carried on for more go-karting while the rest went for somemore Viking..

Tt was when menon finally arrived and joined us at the viking! By then we were alr numbed on the viking and could dont scream (or rather scream just for the sake of making noise) We could also play scissors paper stone while riding! Lol! Seeing menon's freaked out straight face was rather amusing! Aft a while, some of us grew sick of viking while Mathangi carried on riding it her 10th or 11th time! haha! Aft my 6th time, my stomach started feeling queasy though, and I guess I had enough of it alr! haha! mathangi, rama and menon went to ride the Kite Flyer while the other gals reunited with us aft they were done with go-karting! Mathangi had to leave 1st to watch batman with her friend, we gals went to BK for lunch, and the guys carried on with their rides.

Lunch at Escape's BK wasnt cheap, cos they do not sell it as a meal, we gotta buy the drinks and fries separately! Our eating and chit-chatting was disturbed by a kids party organised in BK! All of us frowned upon seeing how the naughty kids were creating a din, bursting balloons and all tt! Lol..Respect to all parents & teachers man..Aft a hearty meal at BK, ching yee went off 1st while the rest of us gals decided tt it's not wise to be riding those thrilling rides at tt moment! So we went for some cheap thrills, the Choo Choo Train and the Ferris Wheel! Lol, a "breathtaking view" indeed..hahaha! The nxt cheap "thrill" was the Red Baron, the plane like ride, tt is really targetted at kids, but we rode it and it was quite embarrassing cos the ride seemed rather long and lotsa kids and parents were watching as they queued! Lol, our final ride was the Inverter again, and we risked throwing out our lunch! hehe..thank goodness nothing like tt happened! Afr our ride on the Inverter, we noticed tt some accident had occured at the Viking cos a man seemed to have fainted on the ride..the park personnel attended to him and they tested the ride several times aft tt..not sure what exactly happened though..Rama excitedly ran to the viking and wanted to ride it again! He looked so distinct in our bright orange class jersey! we could spot him fm afar! Lol, meanwhile the rest of us just hung ard and chatted..We gals left ard 3.30 while the guys subsequently went on to meet jiaxin for batman movie..

On our way out, we collected our complimentary tickets due to the closure of some of the rides. Hopefully, we can make it back by 19th Oct for another round? And the nxt time, with the other rides opened, and with the rest of 23/06! Well, it rained again when we left, but fortunately the weather was fine overall, cooling and not too hot! Credits to Mathangi for the photos! Gals, have fun at oweek.. Keep in touch till our nxt time!

I am an avid reader of Seventeen magazine(I think some of you know). There was a page in the June issue that talks about how we teenagers and young adults should deal with rejection that we may face in our every day life and I thought this topic was worth mentioning as now with many of us trying to get into the uni and the course we desire.I am sure many or maybe even all of you have faced rejection before in terms of choice of courses(academic), relationships(getting rejected by the person you fancy) etc...And now some of you may be feeling dejected because you were not accepted in the course of your choice or the uni of your choice. However, I am here to assure you that the situation that you are in might not be as bad as you think.

As quoted from Vanessa Hudgens "When I didn't get picked for a role, I'd tell myself it wasn't meant to be and that the next one would be bigger and better. About a year later High School Musical came along and I was like,'See?!? Bigger and better.'" I can totally relate to what she was talking about! All of you know that I was in AJ choir right? But how many of you actually know that I couldn't get into CJ choir in the 1st 2 months of JC life. I was devastated and for a period of time I seriously thought that I could be tone deaf! But with encouragement and support from my close friends, I decided to take another chance and went for AJ choir auditions and I was extremely happy when I got in. So you see " the next one would be BIGGER AND BETTER!"

So dear classmates, I urge those of you who are disappointed with the choice of course or uni that you are given to look on the bright side and probably this course or uni could give you the opportunity to develop a part of you that you have never known and into a "BIGGER AND BETTER" individual and who knows probably a "BIGGER AND BETTER" future awaits you at the end of it all!!!

PS: I didn't get into my first choice in NUS but I am optimistic that a "BIGGER AND BETTER" future awaits me than if I had gotten into my first choice.

By the way, hardstyle rox!!Okay 2day i will be doing movie reviews but with a twist coz i haven watched them but juz giving my opinions based on what i kn abt the movie. Made of honour
Basically the guy realises he is love with his best fren when she is about to get married. This movie is perfect for those of you in the romance mood. i hv seen this movie n feel that e 1997 movie 'My best freind's wedding' was much better. It has a somewhat same storyline. Wat was lacking in made of honour was simply the amt of romance. U could feel the love but nt too much. i rate it 3.5/5.

Iron Man
The superhero movie for this yr. 100% action and iron!You will love it if u liked the other superhero movies like Batman, Spiderman, Superman and what have you. But for me i am not too much into iron so am not going to watch it. Critics have given it a good revew so I m gg with a 4/5 rating.

Accuraay of Death
One word:TAKESHI!!!!The gorgeous heartthrob simply steals the show, my heart and the hearts of many others i m sure. hehe! Heard it is a nice movie too so it will be the next movie i'll be watching. You'll like it if u like death note and TAKESHI!!haha okok u get the point. Rating 4/5.

Harold and Kumar....
Firstly it's M18. So for those of u who feel they r not quite 18(mentally or physically), best not to watch it. Lots of _____ scenes.But it has a large portion of comedy in it. Watch if u are nt shy and juz needing a laugjh. Rating:3/5

Mr Indy is back!I remember watching the movies when i was young. Very adventurous. You will like it for its adventure and thrill. Rating: not yet

Buckle up everyone!Time for the ride of your lives!Movie recommended for those who r into racing! But i tink tt i will probably throw up after watching. So much colour, action, graphics and movement will make me gidddy!I feel giddy talking about it. Rating:5/5 for animation and 2.5/5 coz it makes me giddy.Enough said!

Hello guys!!wa it's really been so long since i posted an entry or even tagged for tt matter. That darn B word!BUSY!!But i shouldn't be using tt as an excuse when everyone else is busy with work n stuff but do tag n post entries. I m ashamed of calling myself a BR. So i shall try my very best to once more engage in saving our blog. The recent entries abt school n work are kinda of true too. Like evryone else i miss school n u guys too!!Work is juz not the same. I see many of u guys have faced 2-faced monsters out there. I would b lying if i said i didnt. That's the real reality. Hi all! Yes Candice, I agree with u.. At work, pple treat pple less sincerely..there is this feeling of competition among workers..unfortunately, there is no turning back to the happy times we had in JC, yup like most of u..i missed those days dearly too.

At times when I flip through those photos tt we took, it’ll just bring a smile to my face, once in a while..i’ll even think back like exactly one year ago fm this day, what was I doing then..and what were we experiencing together..now are the hols, we sld be having the time of our life! True, but we also feel a little disappointed and upset tt those awesome days of ups & downs in school have already past us by.

It’s almost half a year on since 20th Nov (the last day of exams for most of us), have we changed? Or have we not changed over this period? We start to think more deeply and worry more..As university term is drawing nearer, the more uncertain and apprehensive we get abt our ultimate choice. It’s barely 3 mths left of vacation!! Ahh! We should make the best out of it and enjoy more!

Smtimes we are too busy, but smtimes we have the time..but just cant think of how to spend it..before it’s too late and regrets set in, I think I better be more active in planning my activities! Perhaps, start drawing up a list of stuffs I wanna do and things I wanna achieve by the end of this hols. Hehe.. And oh yes, we have not “ESCAPE”ed yet, shall find one fine day when the weather is good and everyone is free..then we shall embark our “ESCAPADE”!

Lol..till we meet again, let’s continue to stay in contact and don’t let our commitments draw a line between us! Take care everyone!

Time files... It's already May!!! Some of us have already received offers form universities. Remember the times in aj b4 the BIG As when all of us were worried about our future, worrying about our results, worrying about what course we should take, worrying about whether we can reach our goals. Hmm... Such thoughts just almost bring tears to my eyes... What dear memories those are... I really miss those times... And I want to say that each and everyone of you in 2306 have contributed to these memories that I hold so dear in my heart and I wouldn't trade that for anything in the world. Each and everyone of you is a piece of the jigsaw puzzle in this memory of mine. Now with everyone busy with their lives, we hardly get to see each other but I sincerely hope that in the years to come we will still keep in contact through this blog and if possible organise a few outings a year so that our friendships will last forever. I've lost contact with too many friends and I don't want that to ever happen again.

Man... What brought me to write such sentimental and mushy stuff on this blog? Well I guess it's the kind of environment I have been exposed to in the working world where people are not as forgiving and straightforward in school. I actually miss teachers criticising me. I'm sure most of you have experience many two-faced monsters in the working world now. So... enjoy yourself in the last few years in university at least they are lesser two-faced monsters there.

Preventing the demise of our wonderful blog

Hi all... To prevent the blog from dying I decided that I should post sth(I wonder where are all the so-called blog rescuers?MIA? Now a NON-BR has to come to the rescue... Man what is the world coming too. HAHAHA!!!!) Firstly, I will be posting about the "recent" outing that our class had at East Coast Park(I forgot the date) and some interesting stuff that I found on the Internet.

The "recent" outing(I forgot the date, now you all know why there are inverted commas) for me was okay, not exactly a very eventful one for me because I was having a sore throat and I can't eat all the delicious potato chips that some of them were munching away happily.(organisers pls. don't murder me, I'm speaking from the bottom of my heart, pls be impressed by my honesty) We played soccer... but the space was damn small and we couldn't really play properly so we were basically like a bunch of monkeys trying to kick the soccer ball. Hahaha. But the soccer game was the most enjoyable part of the day for me(you all know why). Then, some went to get food from Mc Donalds and some slack around while the guys played more soccer. When everyone was back, we played some games such as Indian Poker (is it???) followed by murderer. Then I needed to go home...but I was very embarrassed by the fact that I was so BLUR that I thought that I was the murderer when I was suppose to be the detective. (Man, I helped the murderer to kill people.) So that sums up all the things I have to say for the outing.

I came across this website, www.talkingcock.com and I enjoyed playing the game PACMAT. It's similar to the game PacMan... and most of the articles in the website are damn funny. www.orisinal.com has many cute games but it's more suitable for girls i think.

Okey dokey that's all I have for you people and hopefully the self-proclaimed BRs will blog more often(pls don't be offended, I know everybody has to put in effort to keep the blog alive, is just one of my desperate attempts to sound funny). Have a wonderful time at work for most, have a great time in NS for the guys and most importantly PLAY HARD before we start becoming miserable muggers again!

Geekz Night!

Geekz Nite was great!! Woo hoo! Although only half the class turned up, it was still fantastic and definitely not a wasted trip back to our alma mater! The night was terrific, though not full of thrilling events, but the time we spent together and the things we did together were fruitful and erm, enlightening? lol! Without further to do, let me report abt our night in AJ..

Date: 28-29 March 2008
Location: AJC

At 6.30pm, Ming Zhu, Wei Ling, Chingy, Wee Ling, Rama, Jia Xin and I met at AMK Hub and went for dinner at e food court. Aft dinner, we gals headed to AJ while the guys walked ard for a while somewhere..when the guys reached, we registered our names at the foyer and paid the $4 (which I still think is not worth..haha).. the school was crowded at 1st as the parents teacher meeting was just over..but soon, it became empty as not many pple came to participate in the Geekz Night, there were around 50 of us alumni who attended but we spent most of the time with our own classmates.. while the guys were chatting at the ohana, Wei Ling went for her bath at PE dept and mz and I accompanied her. While she was bathing halfway, the lights in the PE dept toilet went off (screams)..but it came on again after we walked past the sensor thing..lol! When we went back to the Ohana, Pav, Cheryl and Zi Ling were alr there! So we all decided to head to the track to see the stars..turned on the lights at the PE dept and headed down near the track..

I brought 2 large plastic mats/sheets and we swiftly lay them out and the gals lay down while Rama and Jia Xin went for a walk at the track..Lying down under the night sky in AJ was the 1st time for all of us..the sky was a little cloudy and there weren’t too many stars then, but it was an interesting experience like a huge blanket over us..we were bored and started playing the “snoring wave game”! ROFL! Took turns to snort but we never did a successful wave cos we could not help bursting into laughter when it was our turn!! Hahaha! The guys came back and we sat in a circle and started to play murderer using Rama’s poker cards..Wee Ling came to join in aft she deposited stuffs at her home.. Played a few rounds before a councilor came to inform us abt the movie screening at the reading room. So we packed up and headed to the reading room. There, we were supposed to choose a name for our class grp for the games later..so after much thought..we decided on “EMBRACE OS!!” the os was supposed to be just a cheer, (like whoosh) but we didn’t know how to spell it, almost told them to spell it as “arse”..LOL!! then while waiting for the movie to be screened, Rama, Jia Xin and Zi Ling wanted to play bridge but they lacked a player..so they decided to teach the rest of us how to play, after dealing the cards, the councilors turned off the light..cant really see a thing, so we decided to play murderer instead, in the dark..lol, cool man..we got disrupted again aft a couple of rounds cos the movie “I am Legend” began..barely 5mins into the show, we got bored and decided to leave the RR instead of disturbing the rest with our chit chat..however, we felt quite bad abt leaving SO fast cos there were already not many pple to start with..so we decided to leave in pairs, secretly and stealthily! The scene was hilarious lah!! As soon as we got out, we burst into laughter immediately!! ROFL, finally, all the gals were outside of the RR..and wondering what took the guys so long..peering in, we saw the Rama and Jia Xin slowly shifting from one table to another, getting nearer to the exit..darn funny! And soon, we were reunited again! How amusing!

So nxt we headed to the nexus and brought out UNO Stacko to play,

All of us had our turn of tense and risky moments as u can see from the photos..

Chingy came after church and luckily the gate wasn’t locked yet! Or else she gotta climb in!! haha!

We continued having a “shaky” time, just then, a councilor came in to tell us tt the game of TABOO was starting soon and told us (EMBRACE OS) to join them..so aft our stacko collapsed, we prepared to head to the RR for games.. before leaving, we made use of the chance to finally create some havoc in the Nexus, (smthing tt we've been dying to do when we were students), thus we started climbing and jumping on the couches!! Woo Hoo!

Quite satisfied, we headed to the RR again with chips and other snacks for more fun! The other grp was made up of 16/06 pple was called I.D.K (I don’t know)! Joseph reached and joined in the game, very soon EMBRACE OS was leading, and we could all sense the strong telepathy among our classmates!! For eg, when guessing a movie tittle, Zi Ling, didn’t even say a word b4 we started throwing out names of Harry Potter titles..and bingo, we got it! “Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban”!! Ard 12midnight, the game ended and we won!!! We took a half and hr toilet break in between before the nxt game, and we even went to the blk 11 guys toilet to “steal” handsoap! Lol, aft tt the gals were back at the RR while the guys went somewhere else for a walk.. For pictionary, another grp of ex-councillors also joined in..now, pple were getting sleepy alr, Wee Ling and Ming Zhu left halfway to sleep at the nexus..fm this game, we could clearly tell that our class can’t draw well..LOL!! we were lagging behind very soon, but managed to catch up eventually!! There were hilarious moments like when we managed to guess LKY correctly when Cheryl just drew a circle as the head with eyes and mouth..ROFL! and chingy’s questions were all bird related: Hainanese Chicken Rice, Pigeon Hole, and EAGLES..lol! ard 1.30am the game ended and we lost..muahaha! went to the toilet again where Chingy and pav started dancing the dances we learnt during PE!

We were all cracking our brains trying to recall the steps but ended up being confused by the dance steps of the diff dances..hilarious!

Next was back to Nexus, and Joseph left for home quite soon cos he has work the nxt morning..Back at Nexus, Mz and wee were alr trying to sleep..we took out the Jenga Truth or Dare game and started to play..the truth and dare questions were very mild..some of which include “spot a foolish hairstyle for the rest of the game"

"sit on someone’s lap for 1 round" or “pat your head and rub your tummy at the same time”, Cheryl did this but the photo is censored at personal request! Hehe, other funnier stuffs are like smelling someone’s foot, as u can see..we ended up smelling our own!!

ROFL!!! Pav had to do a bellydance too!

Haha! Jia Xin and Rama joined in for one round and left very soon to go for another of their “private walks” again! Aft Jenga, we were getting bored and decided to build dominos using the Jenga blocks..we were so excited abt it and were all ready to make it a good one! In the end it turned out:

ROFL!! We had to hit it like 7 times throughout..lol, manz..the table was too smooth and the tiles slipped! Nvm, we will succeed ONE DAY..EMBRACE OS!!! Ard 2.45am, Wei Ling went to sleep on a couch, and the rest of us brought more snacks out and decided to take a walk ard the school and at the same time hunt for the lost guys..we walked to the track and shouted their names but got no response, there were several pple hanging ard the PE dept area and on the steps..but we couldn’t see the faces in the dark..so while heading towards 411, we walked past the huge blue mattress in the middle of the track area, and spotted the 2 guys there, they said they were talking abt “life”..since the area was too wet for us to sit, we decided to get the plastic mats and head to somewhere else to lie together..walked past 411 which was locked, and we even contemplated bringing the nexus couch to the AJ square to lie..haha! in the end, we got our mats and went to the bball court! We chose the darkest spot, spreaded our 2 mats out and lay down under the night sky and the stars, there were 7 of us, Chingy, Cheryl, Pav, Zi Ling, me, Rama and Jia Xin..though a bit squeezy, but all of us got a spot on the mats..looking at the sky above, we started to engage in a special chat that we have never done before, we spoke abt meaningful things..discussing abt our class, how often will we get to meet, say within this year, and say 2 yrs down the road, will we be having our 2nd chalet, when the guys finish NS and the gals wld be in year 2 of uni alr..we talked abt university, abt NS, abt the cards we made for the guys then...haha, and all those rules..hehe, Rama said smoking would be his no.1 No-No..and Jia Xin assured us tt he would not break those rules and not scold vulgarities..lol, we shall wait and see..hehee, well tt’s quite rare cos there may be some pple who alr broke all...lol! We discussed abt what we would do if the nxt day was the end of the world, food came into the picture at once..haha, also chatted abt serious stuffs like marriage, children, future..etc etc..and not to forget, we had an interesting sharing-cum-interrogation session with the guys abt hmm..personal ahem stuffs..who respectively confessed quite openly and kept his mouth sealed..lol, we initially planned to go out for mac breakfast at 5am..but found it too early, and we were starting to get a bit lazy to get up fm the mats..wei ling came to join us and we made space for her..then chingy left to sleep in the nexus..the guys and wei ling and pav went for a short walk, leaving Cheryl, Zi Ling, and me behind..so we helped ourselves generously to the space on the mats..they came back soon and we decided to pack up and move back to the Nexus..it was ard 5.15am already..we have laid there for 2 hrs! The ground was hard, so it wasn’t exactly very comfortable, but the time together under the night sky was memorable! Back at Nexus, the couches were all occupied and some other pple were still playing games inside..so in the end, Cheryl, Rama, Pavitra, Jia Xin, Zi Ling and I played the “Rama’s” version of Scrabble in which we had to turn open letters one by one and try to form words, there was a lot of snatching of words which was really fun! Words like ‘iota’ came up repeatedly, and the most common snatching sequence was HAVE-SHAVE-SHAVER (for those who understood the game) haha!! We were getting drowsy and couldn’t think fast..but halfway we got rejuvenated and started out active snatching of words! The guys were pro at the game and formed many words! But the gals were no worse and we managed to snatch the words very soon!! Before we knew it, it was 6.30am and we wanted to watch the sun rise actually..we ended the game and woke the rest up..packed up and went to the Ohana, and went to wash up! Brush teeth and wash face! Rise and shine, lol but most of us didn’t catch a wink at all! Haha!! Aft freshening up, we felt more awake although deep inside us is weariness, we wanted to take a class photo at the Blk 11 fountain but it was too dim..so we ended up at the AJ Square instead..

While walking out towards the sch gate, the sky brightened up very quickly and we asked the security guard to help us take photos at the AJ gate entrance with our “Non Mihi Solum" Crest.. it was 7am and the sky was visibly brighter..

We walked to the McCafe opp the AMK library and Rama and I were “fighting” for the swing at the playgrd..in the end there were more than enough swings when we got there.. we secretly took pictures of Rama and Cheryl swinging happily! High, higher, highest!

Ming Zhu and I joined in and had lotsa fun swinging! It’s been a long time since we played at the playground, and for that moment we felt like little kids again! Hehe.. we reached McCafe and all had our share of Big Breakfast, Hotcakes or McMuffins etc etc..halfway thru the breakfast, most of us were showing clear signs of sleepiness..we continued to discuss abt means to bring ‘them’ down, like by grabbing more syrups or sachets of sugar..etc etc..lol..and also discussed a bit abt our nxt class outing and stuff..aft tt we left at ard 8.20am and went separate ways, some took bus, while the rest walked to the interchange together..weariness got the better of us and most of us ended up dozing off on our way home..All in all, it was a successful attempt to go without sleep for >24hrs, and absolutely a wonderful gathering session back at AJC, chatting abt the past, the present and the future. Hey everyone,

Before u guys go "oh it's another BR", think again coz i m an existing BR and i might sign off as my real name depending on my mood after i have finished writing. Haha so u have to read on. I was looking thru our recent posts, melissa's wishes to cheryl on hoops n yoyo blog(that was so cool man), BR11's posting(thx BR11 for telling evryone to continue our posts!) and the dance video(that was entertaning and they executed great moves!). Thanks everyone for continuing to liven our blog. Then most recently i saw in the tag "BR999: HI GUYS". HaHaHa! At first i thought it was police or something then i was off wondering did we really have 998 BRs before this. hehe maybe i missed out something! Well it would be really cool if we had 23 BRs meaning everyone has their turn(actually a bit more since some people adopted mutiple personas,hehe!). But obviously it would be super duper cool to have 999 BRs!!Lets work towards that shall we? By the way for anyone's interest to reach 999 BRs, one has to be a BR.....44 times!!!Amazing ar? Wah wah wah..aft results, after all our blog rescuers efforts, our blog unfortunately seems to be on the decline again! AHH! cannot like that lah! Haha, I don't know what to write too, but i guess we can blog abt, let's say..hmm..Geekz Night! Geekz Night is the next upcoming event, another chance for us to have a class gathering! We didnt managed to catch up much on results day..so pple, keep ur 28th night and 29th available for the 2nd biggest event of the month of March! Haha! Mr Eugene Ng may be joining our class for dinner before the event but he won't be staying overnight! Not bad, quite cool..Alrights, so hope most of us would be able to make it, and revive the good old days of our times in AJ, and also continue with a part II of our chalet..lol! Hello 23/06!
Congratulations to everyone in class for successfully graduating from AJC!! Finally, our highest qualification we can state now is “Advanced Level”, and no longer our “Ordinary Level” previously! It’s a great achievement so well done to everyone! We have worked hard the past 2 years and endured much stress! Everyone deserves a pat on the back for all that we have been through! Now that everything is clear and certain, we are all about to make the important decision for the next step in life! Some of us may be sure of what we want to do, while the rest of us may still be at a lost.. Nevertheless, I wish that all of us could get onto a suitable and favorable path, and continue to succeed in our lives ahead!

I guess we owe our teachers a big thank you for all their patience and guidance..Of course, to all our classmates who have played an impt role in our lives too, I’m sure all of us would wanna say thank you to each other for all the priceless encouragement and motivation we gave one another, and the past 2 years together has indeed been memorable ya? Also!! Thank you to all the BRs who helped to ease the tension and lighten the mood the weeks before the 6th of March! It's me again!haha!More about me later! Guess probably the thing on everyone's mind most certainly has to be the 'R' word.(And for some people it has to be the mystery of the BRs, MOBRAs and EMBRACEs!) NO,not romance pple!haha! No need for me to mention it cause mentioning it might just be too much to handle for some of us so i shant say the "word". So here I am to distract u guys.(but i think some of u might have discovered the R word so i guess it's not a full distracton, juz keeping my fingers cross that u guys did not manage to guess the word!it's quite hard u knnow). Dear Santa,

I know Christmas is over and the next Christmas is still months away, but I thought I have the right and obligation to send you this letter since you had forgotten to give me anything for Christmas. I was waiting patiently with a glass of warm milk and cookies for you and your reindeers on Christmas Eve but you didn't turn up. Maybe, you couldn't enter our houses since we don't have fireplaces and chimneys.

But Santa, my classmates and I have been really good last year. We studied really hard as if we were house-elves. So Santa, you are kind and loving and I'm sure you'll approve my requests.

Please give everyone in 23/06 peace of mind on the following few days and the ability to sleep
soundly on the nights before Friday,~~8th of March 2008~~ 7th March 2008. Also, please let everything turn out fine. Also, please make everyone come for the class lunch at 12.30 pm on Friday. Hey! How could you stop the BR culture just because the blog is alive and kicking again?! Well, i don't care! i want a piece of the action too and i'm BR 6!

After being guilty of any combination of the 4 symptoms, you'd have either been lucky enough to see the press release on the website yourself or received a highly enthusiastic SMS from your friends who have made the major "discovery" that the 'date of the release of results is confirmed!' Either way, it's coming and all you can really do now is wait and do anything that helps you relax and get your mind off it at least for the next 90 hours or so, unless you would like to continue thinking about it, an action that will no doubt bring both great pleasure and great depression (depending on ur mood and level of pessimism at the moment, a feeling that escalates at an exponential rate closer to major, important events). To stay optimistic, i have one advice, JUST DON'T THINK ABOUT IT! What's done is done and i'm sure it'll all turn out fine, so till then take it easy, watch a movie, treat yourself to some indulgent activities, just have fun and pray lots and lots and lots, hehe.

See you guys really really soon and just to make sure you guys don't find out who i am, i'm typing with my left hand, so good luck figuring out my identity! Now all we have to do is wait till everybody posts an entry and we have BR22 then, whatever guess you make on who is a BR, you'll be RIGHT! Unless......i myself have previously assumed another identity as a prior BR (1,2,3,4or5), let me check....well, it's possible, see you guys soon.

Hello 2306!

Apparently, BR1 has succeeded in his/her attempt to revive our blog. There were 6 entries in February alone which is probably the highest number of entries in a month on our class blog. Therefore, I, BR5, will follow the footsteps of my predecessors and try to keep our blog alive and kicking! Also, I, as my predecessors have done, will not reveal my identity. However, if BR1 to 4 decide to reveal their identity, I will follow suit.

I know most of you are getting quite, no, really jittery about the A level result. The several symptoms of post-A level traumatic disorder are:
1) you gasp in horror everytime you hear or read the word "result"
2) you are having nightmares about how you failed almost everything
3) you check the MOE website at least once a day
4) you scrutinise the newspaper for any news about A level result

However people, you don't need to torture yourself by worrying excessively since there is nothing you can do about your result. Instead, try to stay positive! As the saying goes, the things that don't kill us make us stronger!

So today's February 29th.. the "extra" day. Results results results, that's one thing on everyone's minds, everyone's parents' minds.. everyone's aunties' minds (yes the kpo ones).

Yes, like the previous BRs have said, we are indeed busy with our own things. Even if we don't get to meet up often, what's important is that we remember each other, each other's birthdays...small but definitely not trivial things like that. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, rather than 'out of sight, out of mind'. Haha :)

Hi everyone! wow! The atmosphere here, in our once hibernating blog is getting really HIGH! Can tell that you guys are having fun guessing who's BR and BR2, so in order to spice things up a little further, just a little, BR3 is here! LOL...Do you all realise that this guessing thing is just like the polar bear game we played during our class gatherings short of the gurus. haha :P If you guys have been keeping up with the tag on the tagboard, you would have known that our dear Pavitra has confessed that she is BR. So assuming that Pav is the real BR, that means we would still have 2 more BRs to go! All the way people!

Just like what BR2 has mentioned, it's already 3 months after our A levels and everyone of us are busy with our "own" lives. I have put own in inverted commas cos the lives we lead now is truely unique to each and everyone of us. This is probably the first time when we have a different routine, direction and goal from each other. Throughout the 2 years, all of us followed the same time-table, breathed the same air (we study in a container classroom remember?) and most importantly share the same goal (short-term) i.e. to do well for A levels. Now, some of the guys are already botak (in army), the girls working and planning and preparing for uni. We are just like rays from the sun that spread out and each ray lights up their own unique path. Let's hope that as we grow up and walk into the next stage of our lives, we will still keep in touch and reminise occasionally of the all the wonderful memories that we once shared as a class...LOL So lets aim to have a better attendence for our next class outing man! *winks*

Last but not least, even though you all may be sick of seeing this, I still have to wish us all the best for A level Results!
